May was a very productive month for 21 Dive as I decided to go virtual! I hope you’ve had the opportunity to join in on some of my messages. I’ve really enjoyed getting to share what’s on my heart during this time of social distancing. We’re all having to be a little more creative about the way we communicate and minister. Though we’re in unsettling times, I’ve found that my back porch has become my sanctuary, my place of refuge and peace, where I’ve been meeting with the Lord. I hope you have a sanctuary in your home. It may be at your kitchen table, a desk, or on your couch, but we all need a place where we can intentionally spend time with God in prayer and in reading His word. That’s how we grow a closer relationship with our Lord and become a light to others.
Jesus tells us In Revelation 3:21, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” He longs to spend time with us. He is always waiting for us to open our heart’s door, and welcome Him in. When we spend time with Christ, then we understand our purpose and calling. Our lives will make a difference for Jesus, and we’ll have an impact on the world! We don’t have to wander around, wondering what to do. Galatians 5:25 tells us that the Holy Spirit is always with us, directing our path so that we can share God’s love with the lost and hurting world.
“Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your instructions are my delight.” -Psalm 119:77. The Bible tells us how to live a victorious life in Christ. Spend time with Him. Let Him change your life, so that you can be a light to others, and lead the lost to Jesus.
I’m so grateful for your support over the years! Thank you for believing in our ministry, and for partnering with us as we share the gospel of Christ. It is the power of God to salvation! Looking forward to traveling and continuing my back porch ministry. It’s been a great addition, and I’m expecting God to change lives through everything that 21 Dive represents.
